Let me introduce myself. My name is Lea Wouters. I have always had a passion for helping people to achieve their goals and dreams. This combined with my love for Real Estate, is what motivated me to embark on my journey as a Realtor®. 

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I grew up around construction, home renovations, and home decorating. This made for an easy decision for me to tackle the challenges I faced when I decided to purchase my first house. This house was built in the 1940’s and had to be moved from Stittsville to our building lot South of Ottawa. The house had to be gutted down to the frame. This was a major undertaking. Demo days involved removing lath and plaster, blown in insulation, old electrical wiring, and outdated plumbing. Once down to the shell, it was a labor of love to bring this old home back to life, and I loved everything about it. It was a major accomplishment.

As an entrepreneur of over 30 years, I have owned and operated my own horse boarding facilities and have had a successful Hanoverian Breeding program. As an Equestrian and farm owner, not only did we renovate our own homes, we also tackled renovations of older barns, built new barns, built fencing and had indoor riding arenas built to accommodate my passion for horses. This experience has been invaluable.

Beyond my real estate career, I have over thirty-one years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry and over sixteen years of my employment history has been in a managing Supervisor position. Throughout those years, I have been in leadership and training roles where I have been able to help others to achieve their goals both personally and professionally. I understand the importance of confidentiality and keeping my client’s best interests at the forefront. I love nothing more than to see people succeed.

I insist on providing first class service to my clients from initial consultation to closing. I offer exceptional representation and negotiation skills.
