My name is Lea Wouters. I am a Licensed Realtor® who has resided in the Kemptville and surrounding area, since 1993. Always having a passion for helping people to achieve their goals and dreams, combined with my love for Real Estate, has led me to embark on my journey as a Realtor® working as a real estate salesperson at Kemptville Homes Real Estate Brokerage.

I have over thirty-one years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry, and over twelve years of my employment history has been in a managing Supervisor position. Throughout those years, I have been in leadership and training roles where I have been able to assist others to achieve their goals both professionally and personally.

I possess strong listening and negotiating skills. I also know the importance of confidentiality and keeping my client’s best interests at heart. I love nothing more, than to see people succeed.

Growing up around construction, home renovations, and home decorating, made it easy for me to tackle the challenges I took on when I was going through building and renovating of my own homes, to renovating older barns, building new barns, fencing, and having indoor arenas built to accommodate my passion for horses over the years. As an entrepreneur of over 27 years, I have owned and operated my own horse boarding facilities as well as having a successful Hanoverian Breeding program.
